Twin room booked but they were all full so they put a camp bed in a double room. This collapsed so they replaced it with another one 3 nights out of 5 with a shocking sleep was woeful The reception were unhelpful and didn’t care. on the up site the hotel was lovely and clean with great amenities The rooftop restaurant was nice and well worth a visit with the lemon and mint drink to die for

This is a great Marriott hotel by the airport. Great service at the restaurant and the lounge at 4th floor. We stayed total 12 nights with 4 rooms. I need to shout out to Front desk supervisor : usually on evening shift… Fahad Hussain. He is really Very Good and really know his job well. He was the only one that managed to get all four rooms sorted with individual payment on each room. Also when Fahad is on his off time, you can look and count on Abdulrahman, he is the manager that know how to fix things on your invoices. 😇😇

The best location for business stay, very close to the hotel and the service as well as all the commodities are just unique. The reception team were very warm and helpful as we had a long flight, the next day we found a shuttle arranged by the hotel ready on time at the Porte cochère. I will definitely go back!

Built-in hotel scam... Beware!

ALL POTENTIAL GUESTS BEWARE! There's a money scam built into the room service website. I noticed this first when I was trying to put in an order and as I went to pay it said the session had timed out and I needed to refresh my browser. After doing this the total price of my order increased. I thought maybe I had seen the original price wrong or that this was a tax/fee. I stayed here a week and saw this several times. Finally, on my last night, I had about 170 SAR (45$) in my cart. Again I was shown the same error message that the session had timed out. I took note of the price, and refreshed my browser only to see the price jumped to 190 SAR (50$). I decided to remove all the items from my cart and find them again. Lo and behold, the order total was back to 170 SAR. I am so disappointed in Marriott. I work overseas year round and often live the "hotel life". Marriott will no longer be in my future. To those of you who still choose to stay at this hotel, you've been warned.

We booked this hotel for 1 night as our journey involved a 1 night stop-over in Riyadh. I could have opted for cheaper in city centre and found plenty to do in evening but decided to avoid hassle and stay-in. The hotel is probably about a 7-10 min drive from the airport. We only stayed one night so can't review extensively but from what we saw, it was impressive. Check-in was easy although initially they couldn't find the booking for 2nd room. Although I booked it myself, I had given my wife's name as guest. They found it under her name. There is a restaurant and also a shop for drinks/snacks on ground floor. Don't expect to find anything nearby outside as it's some distance from city centre. We ordered a takeaway using HungryStation app. The rooms were very nice and clean and spacious enough for our needs. The external and internal entrance is very grand and the security post probably doesn't serve it's purpose best but if you need something to help you feel secure, well it's there ;)
